Muco Technologies BV has developed an "device locator" in June 2013. What was originally intended as part of another device has now been developed as an OEM product that can be used in various devices.
For the company Vendor, Muco Technologies BV has developed the electronics for a new line of towel dispensers. The design of the enclosure is done by MMID. For Vendor MMID developed a new, extremely user-friendly toweldispenser that is distinguished by the new (electronic) functions and ease of maintenance.
For the control of a stepper motor Muco Technologies BV has made a control in VHDL. A full PCB controller can be made with a small microprocessor. Applications e.g. in the vendor machines (coffee, snacks, etc.) VHDL is a hardware description language by which digital integrated circuits and programmable logic can be described and modeled in FPGA´s.
For our client Surtronic, Muco Technologies BV developed a bus stop display (2008). The basis of this development is a controller board with a number of LCD modules that displays the bus schedule in combination with real time data. The unit is a self-powering unit with an onboard solarcharger. By using a GPRS modem in a special low power mode, the unit can last about one year without recharging the batteries.
For ABM, Muco Technologies designed a new controller for an orderpicking system (2009). Orderpicking is the term that is used to collect an order in the bigger warehouses. Because the controller is equiped with a graphics screen, ABM introduced the name 'Pick To Graphics'.

Het laagfrequent gedeelte (microprocessor, PLL, VCO) is ontworpen met behulp van ORCAD en ORCAD-Spice. De printlayout is met ORCAD Layout gerealiseerd.
Het hoog frequent gedeelte bestaande uit frequentievermenigvuldigers, Wilkonson Couplers en Ratrace Couplers is ontworpen en gesimuleerd met AWR Microwave Office.
For Fluid Management from Sassenheim Muco Technologies BV developed the new microprocessor controlled circuit board that is used in the paint-mixing/-dispensers of this company. Beside paint mixers the company also produces the "paint shakers" which we all know from the builder´s merchant´s in the Netherlands. The adjoined unit is the new hair paint dispenser by the name of Tintia (see also www.fluidman.nl) where the powerbox is the core of the machine. Muco Technologies BV also designed and supplied the controller for the graphic LCD as well as the keyboard.
